These terms are between you and Parsa Soleiman Garmabaki, a private individual in Sweden who runs Planerah ("we"), and cover your use of Planerah at planerah.com. Creating an account means you accept them, together with the privacy policy. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.
Planerah turns your courses, tasks, deadlines, lectures and commitments into a suggested study schedule. It is new, it is free, and it is still being improved: features will change, and some will be added or removed as we learn what students need. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance, and nothing will ever be charged without you actively agreeing to it.
You need to be at least 16 years old. You may hold one account for yourself, and you are responsible for what happens under it.
Keep your password and your calendar feed links to yourself. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has access. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and that removes your data as described in the privacy policy.
Planerah's schedules are generated automatically from what you enter, and they can be wrong: a plan may not fit every task before its deadline, may be based on information that is out of date, or may simply not suit how you study. You remain responsible for your own studies, deadlines and exams. Check important dates against your school's official sources, such as Canvas, TimeEdit or your teachers.
Don't:
The courses, tasks and other information you enter belong to you. You give us only the permission needed to store it, process it into plans, show it back to you and operate the service. We also look at how Planerah is used in aggregate, and at individual plan records when the planner makes a mistake, to improve the product. We don't use your content to advertise to you, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Planerah without owing you anything for it. Thank you — it genuinely shapes what gets built.
Planerah can connect to Google for sign-in, to Canvas for importing your courses, and to TimeEdit or other calendar feeds for importing your timetable, and can export a calendar feed to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Those services are run by other organisations under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. If one changes or stops working, the matching Planerah feature may stop working too.
Planerah is provided as it is, with no promised uptime. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, or the whole service. If we shut Planerah down, we will give signed-in users reasonable notice first. It is a planning aid, not a system of record — keep your own copy of anything whose loss would actually hurt, such as a real exam date.
Planerah is a free service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, including missed deadlines, lower grades, lost study time or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or takes away any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.
You can stop using Planerah and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell signed-in users about material changes before they take effect. If you don't agree with a change, you can delete your account. Continuing to use Planerah after a change takes effect means the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are decided by the Swedish courts. If you live in another EU country, this doesn't take away the protection of the consumer laws there, or your right to bring a claim in your own country's courts.
